Regarding the requirements of missions out in the field, YHWJ5110XCS Off-road Self-propelled Cooking Vehicle is developed to improve the logistic support capability. Particularly, it fulfils the requirements of the rapid-response missions.
The vehicle is based on the type 2 off-road chassis. The carriage is of light structure and consist of thermal walls which are glued together. There are 3 methods to provide power supply for the electric equipments in the carriage. The vehicle is equiped with high-performance closed-combustion energy-saving stoves, auxiliary equipments and all sorts of kitchen wares. The vehicle is convenient and reliable to operate, thermally efficient, heat preservative and adapts to all weather. It is the backbone of the logistic equipments.
Structure
YHWJ5110XCS off-road self-propelled cooking vehicle is a logistic food and drink support equipment which is based on the EQ2102 off-road class 2 chassis. The vehicle has good off-road performance, specialty, high automation, adaptation to the natural environments. It could perform cooking operation both in parking state and steering state, to provide food and drinking water for the workers in the field mission.
Application
The main purpose is to provide cooked food that meets the standard of the nutritional requirement of the military. It could provide food and hot water for 300 people within 1 hour.
