1. Can you provide me your catalogue?
We have thousands of products, including resin fountains, resin decorations, resin flower pots and resin items with solar lights. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2. How to do if I can't reach your minimum order quantity or a full container ?
We suggest you refer to our goods in stock and group sourcing products if you can't reach our MOQ.Meanwhile, we will charge extra fee USD200 if your order quantity less than a full container
3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.
Sample time is about 15 to 20 days. Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product, which is USD 20.00 to 25.00 for each inch.
Order Guide:
Inquiry--Confirm the designs and quantity you prefer to.
Quotation--Detailed quotation sent to you both by e-mail and Alibaba within 24 hours.
PI/Contract--Confirm the price, total CBM, payment term, delivery time with you by Performa Invoice or Contract. Sign by both of customer and us.
Deposit payment--Customers make the payment for deposit according to our Bank Information and send us Bank receipt.
Initiate production--Check the deposit receipt and arrange the mass production.
Middle mass production-We send you the photos to show the production status. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
End production-You can arrange the third party inspection. After that we will contact with the forwarder for the exact shipping time.
Balance payment-Customers make payment for balance before the goods shipped out. Balance paid against the copy of B/L is acceptable.
Order finish--The original documents will be sent to you after we receive the balance payment. Then you can pick up the goods smoothly.
After sell--Give feedback to us about quality, service, market feedback and any suggestion to help us work better for next order.

Retailer: Lower MOQ for our stock items is offered to support you. The price will be a little higher, while the MOQ is small.
Extra LCL fee is needed. But it's better to reach one full container to save shipping costs.
