Home Video Computer (HVC) is a mini computer optimized for video surveillance and media server.
HVC runs CentOS desktop operating system with optimized graphics performance and abundant processing power. It comes with a collection of software for the things you do every day, including Firefox, Movie Player, LibreOffice, VLC, and more. For recording and managing IP cameras, HVC boots into InVS that is a high-performance and feature-rich surveillance software. And with great connectivity features like dual USB 3.0 ports and HDMI output, HVC is the perfect centerpiece for your living room.
Intelligent Network Video Server for all your security needs.
InVS is a reliable and high-performance surveillance software. Its motion recording doesn't rely on IP camera's motion detection settings. Coming with Intelligent Video Analytics, it can detect intruders, count visitors or vehicles, check for missing or unattended objects, detect and capture faces, and even inspect movement direction. It can use the result of video analytics in Smart Search. For motion and continuous recording, Icon Search can also speed up event searching. Moreover, it supports unlimited IP camera resolution and unconstrained HDD capacity.
Stream media with Plex Media Server.
With Plex Media Server preinstalled, you can easily manage and access your movies and music while keeping an eye on your home. Plex transcodes video automatically so you can play movies on all your devices. Plus, HVC comes with a DVD-ROM (optional) so you can play your DVDs just like on a PC. For more info, check out Plex.

Built with Mini-ITX board, HVC is designed with energy efficiency in mind. HVC-L100 consumes at most 36W with all system functions running. It features a quiet cooling fan that's barely audible compared to PC. HVC is designed to work over long periods of time with low power consumption, saving energy and eliminating maintenance.

HVC is petite yet powerful. Made of solid aluminum with elegant sand finish, it fits nicely with any interior decor. The blue-violet light indicates HVC is running. Black and silver case customization options are available.

HVC offers a rich set of connectors. Supporting 8TB (or larger) of internal storage plus external USB storage, the potential is endless. Wifi antenna is an optional configuration.
