Description:
EBR High Shear Homogenizer integrates blend, emulsify, smash, disperse and dissolve into one machine, it is widely apply to coating, cosmetic, daily health product, food, paint, ink, drink, dyeing and finishing, rubber, agricultural chemical, etc.
With high emulsifying efficiency, processing time gets quite shorter.


Features:

1. There are three groups of stator and rotor called three stages in the working chamber, (2-layers, 4-layers and 6-layers of stator and rotors). With such kinds of emulsification pump, a best emulsion effect can be gained.

2. Applicable for liquid product with various viscosity and large capacity.

3. Material can be SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel.

4. Precision finishing rotor-stator which is linear cutting;

5. Ideal gap between rotor-stator, advanced processing result and short working time.

6. Adopting double mechanical seal and water protector can be configured.

7. Explosion-proof (option).
