Main use: Cooling bed is mainly used for cooling bed plate line after rolling slow natural cooling. In the profile production line, cooling bed also has a pre-bending of the profile function, to prevent the profiles in the natural cooling process quality throughout the range due to result in irregular bending
Cooling bed consists of input device, static beam device, dynamic beam device, main gear, alignment device and output device. Its main gear (steeping) is driven by YZR series coil wound rotor motor, speed is controlled by circular tooth and cylindrical worm reducer, and speed reduction is controlled by electromagnetic block type brake.
We are mainly engaged in the metallurgy equipment, such as Cooling Beds, Continuous Casting Machines, Cold Shearing, and also many spare parts such as Rack, Conveyors, Rollers and so on according to clients requirements. We have established cooperation with internationally renowned companies like:
