Shandong Shouguan Juneng Special Steel Co., Ltd started build in October, 2002, put into production in October, 2003.

Our company owns six mills including sintering mill, iron-making mill, steel-making mill, steel-rolling mill, pipes mill and motive mill.  

Leading products include CrMo series of Alloy Structure Steel, Bearing Steel, Marine Steel for Ship Anchor Chain, Oil-well Tube Blanks Steel, Tube Blanks for Middle and High Pressure Furnace, diameter range from 16mm to 350mm. Bearing Steel and Tube Blanks for High Pressure Furnace obtained the production license certificates issued by National Quality Supervision and Inspection General Administration.

Pipe mill has hot rolling line with annual capacity of 250000 tons, heat treatment furnace with annual capacity of 150000 tons, casing pipe line with annual capacity of 210000 tons, and coupling line with capacity of 5000 tons. Mainly products include finished casing pipe and blank pipe with grade P110, L80, N80, K55, J55, size range from 114.3mm to 339.7mm; Line pipe grade 20B, X52, X56, X60 etc; Various materials and specifications of the oil cracking pipe, high and low pressure boiler tube, etc.

Our seamless tube with coordinated process advantages, ranging from iron-making, steel-making, continuous casting, steel rolling to the hot rolling seamless tube, heat treatment and threading for casing pipe, meets the need of flexible and unified production scheduling, convenient replacement of wide varieties and styles, organization of production in a timely manner, and greatly shortens delivery cycles.  

So far, we have supplied casing pipe and other seamless steel pipe to several enterprises and oil wells with grade P110, N80, L80, J55, K55, X42, X52, X56 etc. Also have exported to EU, South America, Africa, the Middle East and other countries and regions. We have established very close relationship with lot of foreign clients in recent years, and won very good reputation from clients.
