Application Field of Sodium Tripolyphosphate:
For industrial grade: Used as main auxiliary of synthetic wash, soap synergistic agent, water softener, leather pre-tanning agent, dye auxiliary agent, and dispersant of suspension such as paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate drilling mud, preservative agent for paper making, organic synthesis catalyze, also used in epuration of petroleum product, gum latex storage, as dispersant, solvent in metal industry and pharmaceutical industry.
For food grade: Used as quality improver, water retentive agent in the process of meat product, fruit juice drinks, beer, dairy products etc. Tender the meat and enhance glutinosity of ham and canned foods, increase weight and keep fresh of seafoods, prevent protein from curds and sedimentation of dairy products, prevent drinks from oxidation, change color, decomposition of Vitamin C, adjust the quality and intensify function of soybean albumen, soften the scarfskin of horsebean and fruit vegetable, also used as softener and densifier agent.
