XCGS φ50 magnetic separator tube description
XCGS Magnetic Tube is Davis Magnetic Tube Tester, it's widely used in mining, metallurgy, geography testing. It's used for testing the magnetic content from the high magnetic density ore.
The Davis magnetic tube or Davis magnetic tester is a laboratory machine designed to separate a small sample of pulverized magnetic iron ore into magnetic and non-magnetic fractions. The Davis separation tube is positioned between poles of a powerful electromagnet at an angle of 45° (adjustable) that is agitated back and forth and rotated by a motorized system. Magnetic particles are collected inside the tube in the zone of intense magnetism and all non-magnetic minerals are washed out.
this magnetic tube is C type electromagnet fitted with glass tube between pole ends to reciprocately move and swing. when the test materials to be separated pass through magnetic fields, the magnetic portion will be absorbed near the tube walls and the non-magnetic portion will be washed down by water in the mechanical movement and discharged. the product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former ministry of Geology and mineral resources, in compliance with the industrial standards.
XCGSφ50 magnetic tube lies between the two ends of electromagnet. it is equipped with glass tube to reciprocate and swing. when the sorted samples pass the magnetic field, the magnetic parts get close to the tube wall. the non magnetic parts are discharged after washed away by water during mechanical movement.
