The down swing gripper unit with a conjugate cam control ensures accuracy in registration.
The down swing front guides effect long, steady sheet positioning and accuracy registration.
Unique gripper and designing of high point gripper bite ensure even and steady biting of the sheet, convenient for maintenance.
The top of grippers used idler wheel,assort with sheet-guide system, prevent the sheets from scratching dirty availably.
Delivery cylinder system adopted with double-size cylinder. A set of air blowing system is equipped with the machine to prevent the sheets from scratching dirty.
Advanced roller arrangement system against the ghost image availably.
Place of plate on plate cylinder adjusted with the step-motor by touching electronic screen, shortened adjusting time caused by ensure axial and circumferential plate tension.
The blanket cylinder uses the single eccentric sleeve supporting structure, the compliance value is small , and the net point is firm.
