Hot Tube Piercer, Pipe Mill
The main piercing mill is the deformation tool which make deformation from billet to tube hollow. The main base is horizontal type, two sets of conic-roll distribute as left and right sides direction, single drive, one set of guide plates distributes up and down sides direction The heated round billet feed in the material receiver of front stage of hot piercing mill, the billet pusher make the billet move inside of hole pattern of piercing mill. After the piercer catch the round billet, the pusher move back quickly.
