Hot Work Tool Steel (1.2343/ H11/SKD6/4Cr5MoSiV): High thermal strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness. It is mainly used for tools for extrusion; Molds for plastics; Tools for cold punching and hot sharing.
Established in 1996, ISO9001: 2000 manufacturer Shaoguan Qujiang Lishengde Alloy Steel Co., Ltd. Specialize in producing tool steel and mold/mould/die steel for 15years. Their main products include hot work tool steel, cold work tool steel, plastic mold/mould/die steel, high speed tool steel, alloy structural steel, etc.
Grades include: 1.2379, 1.2344, 1.2080, . 1.2436, 1.2311, 1.2343/H11/SKD6, 1.2714, 1.2842, etc.
The company have a completely process flow of tool steel and mold/mould/die steel production(scrap purchasing---steel melting---forging---heat treament---steel processing---quality inspection---packing) in Shaoguan Mill and a big warehouse for exporting in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
With quality steel products and service, the company have established long term relationship with customers from Germany, Italy, Czech, Turkey, Iran, Malaysia, South Korea, Brazil, etc. The company supply about 5000 tons to them yearly.
