PE paint construction suggestion:
Mix proportion Main agent :accelerant : initiator : diluent=100:0.8~1.8:0.8~1.8:25~35
Please refer the weight proportion to matching above components, and spraying after filtration.
Spray viscosity: Varnish 18-35 secs; true color primer 30-45 secs (Yantian 2# cup)
Usage time: within 20mins ( Temperature 25ºC, humidity75%)
Packing : 4kg, 18kg, 20kg, ( 18L/cans or 20L/ pail)
Attention:
PE paint construction temperature can't lover than 15ºC, total drying temperature up than 25ºC, polishing after 8 hrs.
In high temperature condition, we can't use PE paint, because it cause problems about adhesion and transparency.
3) Accelerant and initiator must separate storage, to avoid fire disaster.
4) The leftover PE paint must put into special container to storage,
to avoid self-ignition.
5) PE paint is easy water sbsobption, high humidity will case whitening and wrinkle.
