HY201 2-side Endpaper Machine
Endsheet Application
The end sheet feeder supplies the endsheets and glues them onto the bookblock. In the unit, nozzles apply a precise and clean strip of glue onto the bookblock.(both front and back) As the endsheets are fed in without glue, even heavy and stiff endsheets can be processed. The bookbinder has the choice the cold glue and can adjust the distance between glue strip and bookblock spine as well as the length of the strip. Several monitoring mechanisms make production highly reliable.
