L-KB series hydraulic electromagnetic devices(circuit breaker) is applicable to the AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated at 250V, rated current 2A-50A of the electrical system, used for theline or equipment on-off operation, preventing from overload and short circuit.
The circuit breaker is widely used in computer and peripheral equipment, industrial automation device, telecommunication device, communication power supply system, UPS, locomotive, marine electric system, elevator control system and mobile power appliance. Tripping principle of circuit breaker
The most common hydraulic electromagnetic circuit breaker wiring method is known as series tripping. A core with a non-magnetic delayed pipe is composed of a current sending coil and a series of contacts, a built-in bias spring and movable core. Armature make contact terminal connect with the body of the coil. The function is like a magnet, when the contact breaking, no current flow to circuit breaker. The coil does not generate electromagnetic energy, when the contact closing, current start flowing. In the normal operation or rated current flow sensing coil, coil produce a magnetic field around. When the current increase, the magnetic field strength increase, the movable core offset by thespring moving to the pole terminal, when the core moving inside, the effectiveness of magnetic circuit is increasing, make the more electromagnetic force. When the core completely sucked out, get the maximum electromagnetic force, the armature iron to the pole terminal, the trip mechanism tripping make the contact breaking. In the short circuit conditions, the composite force of electromagnetic energy grow quickly so that the core no-moving, the armature iron is attracted, meanwhile, it cause the circuit breaker tripping without delayed. This is called instant tripping. It is a security component, fast response to trip when necessary.
