Instructions for use:
Hydraulic rubber cutting machine manufactured by my company uses 68# hydraulic oil, connect the power three-phase 380V, rated current of 30A, the installation must have ground fault protection, motor operation can be enabled under the direction, otherwise it can not operate normally. Oil tank should be fueled to reach the 1/3 position of the mirror and then can run it. While the temperature is lowered, hydraulic oil concentration or viscosity is too high, the filtering speed of the fliter in oil tank is slow, these lead to pump oil shortage and the body runs in noise, at this time kerosene can be added to reduce the oil concentration, and then clean the filter so that the machine can run in normal. (Note: The filter should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene in each month)
1. Overflow raft: The pressure switch which controls the machine, turn the regulator hand rotation to the right facilities for increasing pressure, turn left for the decompression, the factory prior to adjusting the pressure, but in the course of the regulator hand wheel may cause changing position phenomenon, cause increasing or decreasing in pressure, then need to re-adjust the pressure regulator, first should unplug the upper travel limit switch, then start the motor running, rise the knife plate to the highest point, and then adjust the pressure regulator overflow raft hand wheel, the adjusting pressure shouldn't be too high or too low, too high pressure can cause damage to various parts of hydraulic parts, too low, the machine cannot function properly, optimum pressure transferred to 10mPa (100KG/cm2).
2. (Both sides of the rail) the two sides of said guide rails and rigid role, before each using should add lubricant oil, said the gap between the rail and Waterloo should deploy appropriate, not too loose or too tight.
3. Limit switch: In the left upper and lower body after the trip switch control cutter up and down the body to stop functioning, so should always check, repair and maintenance.
4. Manual shift valve: Located in the left hand side raft tank valve, control knife-up switch down or stop when the cutter body to rise, pulling up the gear manual valve handle, the tool body down, the manual valve hand Baba-bit block down, to stop, the manual valve handle placed median. There is a manual valve before the bottom limit switch, when the cutter body up or down the line set limit stops, when the manual valve with limit switch handle and use the machine to restart the run.
5. Bottom blades: When cutting a large pipe or large objects, there is need to remove the blades to the end, the first back plate removed, then remove the bottom knife, then pulling the bottom rail positioned along the column, the downward travel limit switch release, when the cutter body down, away from the trip will be extended to the rack side 60mm.
6. Emergency Stop Switch: Located above the emergency stop switch before the power phase, when there is an emergency need to stop the motor running, simply press the switch down to stop the motor running. Need to restart, press the arrow to the normal operation of rotating the direction of rotation.
7. Cradle: When the need to adjust the feeding rack height, first loosen the nut feeding rack feet, rotating the screw, you can adjust the feeding rack height.
