This machine is the four-cylinder plate press vulcanizer series. It is mainly used in the vulcanization of various rubber products. It generally adopts multi-cylinder frame structure. The rubber products are stressed uniformly with fine density and high quality. The machine has compact structure, beautiful modeling and strong clamp force. The upper template of each working position can by heated up to 180° C (adjustable), the lower template can control the temperature in the room temperature, which forms the effective temperature difference. This machine has unique two-temperature working position structure and high pressure performance which are suitable for various reflective material products such as press forming of trademark light, etc.
