WC67Y Series Hydraulic Press Brake(Bending machine)

MAIN FEATURES:
1. The frame adopts whole steel welded construction, and it has enough intensity and rigidity, which the internal stress is eliminated by vibration and heat treatment process.
2. The RAM sychronization during the stroke is controlled by a mechanical torque synchro system, which is steady and reliable. And the stroke of the RAM is adjusted in the inter cyliders.
3. The RAM stroke and the backgauge can be adjusted by motorized and manual adjustment. The position of the backgauge and the stroke of the RAM are displayed by digital displays.
4. A hydraulic system is used for the machine. A feeding valve is used to speed up the RAM travel to save energy. The operations of the machine are realized by the hydraulic valves.
5. A gear pump is used to reduce the noise of the machine, which can achieve the environmental standard.
6. The dies are made of carbon steel, which have good rigidity and durable. And they are equipped with adjusting wedges of high precision.
7. Word-class elements are used for the electric system of the machine, which is safe and reliable. There are multi catenation and interlock in the electric system, which can avoid mistakes.
8. The machine is equipped with fully safety guard and emergency stop which can ensure the safety of the operators.
