Xinghua Donghua Gear Co., Ltd. whose predecessor is National medium-sized enterprise Xinghua Gear Factory which was established in 1979 specializing in manufacturing cylindrical gears and gearbox assembl, such as cylindrical gears, bevel gear, standard & non-standard sprocket and gearbox for middle & light type vehicle and tractor. It was purchased by Hangzhou Chain Group and restructured to private enterprise in September 2007.
The company occupies a total area of 130, 000 square meters, which owns advanced hobbing, shaping, shaving, grinding and other processing and testing equipment more than 900 sets, with forging, gear machining, electron beam welding process and other advanced means of process means, IPSEN multi-purpose furnace, high-frequency, super high-frequency, middle frequency, superaudio frequency quench production lines for heat treatment. Annual output of gear, gear shaft, sprocket is 4 million, all kinds of gearbox assembly 50, 000 units, Annual production value reaches 20 million. Engine gears, transmission gears, tractor gears, drive sprocket are our main products, which supporting a wide range in the card, light truck, agricultural vehicles, tractors, construction machinery and so on.
Our enterprise is the manufacturing base of gear and gearbox for Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group, Shanghai Auto Group((Nanjing Auto gear box Co., Ltd), Shandong Shifeng Group, Shandong Wuzheng Group, Shandong Lingong Group, Jiangsu Yingtian Group and many other famous enterprise. Sofim engine gears, auto gears 17H series, tractor gears and other products with main engine have been entered international markets, some gears & sprockets have been exported to oversea market directly.
