Product Overview
1. Very high volume loading rate
IC anaerobic reactor enjoys higher volume load (3times higher) than that of the common UASB reactors due to the strong internal circulation, superior mass transfer effect and considerable biomass. It can process the highly concentrated organic wastewater. The volume loading rate can be as high as 10-18CODm³·d when COD is 10,000-15,000mg/1.
2. Lower infrastructure investment and floor space
With the volume loading rate 3times higher than the common UASB reactors, IC anaerobic reactor covers an area which is 1/4-1/3 of that of the common UASB reactors, which, as a result, reduces the infrastructure investments. With small volume but large height-diameter ratio, IC anaerobic reactor can save area dramatically and is thus very applicable to the new and expansion project of the mine enterprises where the area is limited.
3. Strong resistance to impact load
IC anaerobic reactor can realize its internal circulation, the volume of which is 10-20times higher than that of the inlet water. The circulating water and the inlet water are mixed at the bottom of the reactor fully, improving the resistance to impact load of the reactor while reducing the concentration of the organic matters there. The water can also make the bottom sludge spread evenly to ensure the organic matters in the wastewater can contact and react with the microorganism fully and improve the treatment load.
4. Good stability of outlet water
As IC anaerobic reactor is equivalent to the serial operation of two UASB reactors in the upper and lower side, the lower reactor has high organic loading rate so as to play a role in rough treatment while the load of the upper reactor is low so the reactor there plays a role in refined treatment, making the quality of the outlet water good and stable.
