Items of CG-L-G6~CG--40 IC Card Industrial Smart Diaphragm Gas Meter is a mechatronics smart prepaid gas measuring meter. Suitable for automatic measuring and charging controlling of mass flow gas with working pressure of (0.5~30) Kpa, such as natural gas, city pipeline coal gas, iquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and marsh gas. With accurate measuring and reliable performance, it is an ideal metering instrument which can improve the Modern management level of the gas supplier. Could be widely applied to mass flow gas metering such as hotels, restaurant, boiler etc. Main functions and features:The basic meter adopts highly integrated machine core subject made by one time injection molding, installation and positioning base is unified, good consistency of product, high batch quality stability. Metal materials (stainless steel, anti-rust aluminum) with gas corrosion resistance interval matched with engineering plastic, avoid electrochemical reaction in wet gas environments, running accuracy is ensured in long term.
To enhance the anti deformation capacity, the ametabolic metal instrument base was adopted. Adopting distortion-free net structure on the design of the injection molding, supplemented by metal frame to support. Makes the meter always stay in the lower system resistance conditions, effectively prolong its service life.
Taking the domestic original lossless diaphragm, absolutely solved the common problem of average degree difference in the domestic industrial and commercial gas meter area, make the precision of the series products reached at of civil products level.
Taking whole stainless steel sealing ring and Burglar gas structures with multiple patents, perfectly protect the connection joint of the top and bottom shell and the inlet as well as outlet of the gas meter, avoid the user to remove.
