IDEABOND plus PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel (AF-415, Jade silver), is extremely resistant against weathering, pollution attack and strong solar radiation by the Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating system. Combining good formability and excellent surface durability, The multiple layers are individually stoved at temperatures between 200~260º C in the continuous coil coating process. With the best quality of the polyethylene core sandwiched by the pre-painted aluminum sheet, IDEABOND plus PVDF (AF-415, Jade silver) Aluminium Composite Panel is customized for the exterior wall cladding, Brand imaging, Long-term structural signage, etc.
