Product Description
IDEABOND Silicon sealant is a versatile, architectural grade silicone that exhibits outstanding physical properties and chemical stability for projects and general building construction usages. Excellent weather resistant, super durability, primerless adhesion and sealing properties, compatible to many substrates, provide high performance silicone rubber sealant for curtain walls, weatherproofing and non-structural application.
APPLICATION:
Glazing Glass, aluminium, ceramics, metals & steels, fiberglass, most of the plastics, windows, doors & perimeter joints, movement joints, non-structural curtain walls and building construction applications, Facade panels, metal cladding, glazing & caulking.

DIRECTION:
*Thoroughly clean and degrease surfaces, dry and free of dust. Then Estop the surfaces through the tape, and rip off the tape before sealant cured.
*Apply to the prepared surface(surface temperature between +4oC to 40oC) in a uniform thickness glue line. Then let it stand undisturbed at room temperature to cure.
*Uncured sealant can be cleaned up by cloth and solvent. Use back-filling material to avoid three sided adhesion.
LIMITATION:
*Aquariums, Oily surface, where total water immersion, and applications requiring an architectural sealant.
*In contact with bituminous-based material.
CAUTION:
*When skin or eye contact occurs, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, get medical attention, if irritation persists. Fully cured sealant is not hazardous.
*Used in the well-ventilated environment.
*Keep out of reach of children.
SHELF-LIFE:
10 months from date of manufacture when stored in shaded, cool and dry area in room temperature.
