From 1st test report, we could find expected max rpm is 854.3, max torque is more than 146.4N. M, which performance well on EFF(Reach 88.9%).
From 2nd test report, we could find expected max rpm is 518.3, max torque is 70.9 N. M, which performance well on EFF(Reach 85.7%).

For the speed
There is two formulas, Speed(km/h)=0.9*RPM(r/min)*2r π (m)*60
Power= Torque*RPM/9.55
So under the same power, the faster the RPM/speed is, the smaller the torque.
For hills climbing: High torque and low RPM/speed motor maybe suitable.
P. S.: Above speed is calculate due to lead-acid battery theoretically, if it's lithium battery, the speed maybe 5kph more.
In practice, the speed will change according to weight of loading & vehicle,
Road situation, tyre models and wind resistance.
