Also called shallow sedimentation tank, the inclined plate (tube) precipitator refers to one kind of highly effective combined sedimentation tank designed based on the shallow sedimentation tank theory. Many dense inclined tubes or plates are set in the sedimentation region so as to precipitate the sundries suspended in water on the inclined plate or tube. The water flows upwards along the inclined plate or tube, along which, the separated sludge will go to the bottom of the tank due to gravity and then will be discharged centrally. By this tank, the precipitation efficiency is 50%-60% improved and the treatment capacity is 3~5times higher in the same area. The inclined tube precipitator with different flows can be designed based on the test data of the original wastewater and flocculating agent is generally required. According to the inclined tube precipitation purification method, the tube which is 60 degree inclined is established above the sludge suspension layer so that the suspended matter and solids in the raw water or the flocculating agent added can form alum flocs. Thin sludge layer will be formed at the surface of the inclined tube bottom and the suspended sludge layer is slidden back by gravity so that they can be precipitated in the sludge collection hopper. The sludge will be discharged to the sludge tank via sludge drain pipe for additional treatment or comprehensive use. The liquid supernatant will rise until it is drained by the collector pipe directly or reused.Product Overview: 1. Simple structure, consumables-free, durable and less maintenance; 2.
