First, Characteristics of the Product
Silicon micro-machined sensor measures the two-axis inclination change by taking the horizontal plane as its reference plane.
The output angle uses the measurement datum as reference, which has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
The output if inclination change is in the mode of data and the interface includes TLT. Interface included in TTL, RS232, RS485, RS422.
By using the serial instructions, the users can reset the relative zero angle output position.
The products have two forms, which are shell packaging and OEM board. The products with cast package have the waterproof level of IP55, and with high resistance against external electromagnetic interference ability.
High ability to withstand shock and vibration.
Second, Description of the production
AT201-SC is the first generation digital tilt sensor brought out by Beijing Zhonghong Xingyuan Company. Built-in high-precision accelerometer, and it works by measuring the changes of static acceleration of gravity, and converting them into angle changes to measure the relative tilt and pitch angles output to horizontal plane. The products contain two series. One is without temperature compensation, and the other has the built-in temperature compensation. The latter can correct the temperature drift according to the changes of the built-in temperature sensor.
He response speed of the angle sensor ranges from 4 times/sec to 12.8 times/sec, with a 5-ranks filter. And the users can set the relationship of stability and response speed of the angle according to what they need.
This product is mainly used for static and slow-changing dynamic measurement, and not suitable for the rapid_changing dynamic measurement. Usually, it works well if the carrier is in level condition or the changes of pitch angle is within 5° /sec. While if the changes exceed 10° /sec, the output angle will be inaccurate because of the effect of the acceleration of generated by the movement of the carrier. The vertical high-frequency vibration of the objects lighter than 0.5g will produce little effect on the angle data.
