Product Description
QJ02-003 is a dual axis tilt sensor. It measures changes of static gravity to transform into inclination and output sensor's tilt and pitch angles against horizontal plane. The product provides two options: One with temperature compensation and the other without. The temperature compensation will correct sensor for its drift over temperature.
The update rate of 4 to 12.8 Hz and five-step filter could let user balance the relationship between angle stability and update rate. QJ02-003 applies in static or slow moving object but not for severe movement. The measurement to carrier deliver good performance under angle variation of 5deg/s in horizontal or pitch state. When over 10deg/s, the part may fail to have correct angle output. Under vertical vibration, high frequent influence little on angle data; Within the shock of 0.5g, the influence on inclination output is small.

1. The first domestic self-developed RTK measurement system Based on the foundation of excellent foreign chips, StarNeto was the first domestic company that promoted GPS high precision RTK systems. 2. The smallest GPS direction attitude products in the world.
StarNeto's multi-antenna GPS position direction attitude system uses the most excellent GPS carrier phase measurement theory and model achievements in the world and employs uniquely created selective algorithms. It captured difficult technical issues like, estimating cycle slips and repairs. 3. High performance-price combined navigation and attitude system
In order to effetely and fully improve products' performance, increase systems' reliability, availability and dynamics, we integrated satellite position and inertial measurement with multi-sensor data fusion technology, created combined position direction attitude system. This design overcomes the deficiency of single unit, fully uses GPS's features of high precision, no accumulation errors, no drifting, low cost and inertial products' features of good dynamics, strong anti-interference, autonomous working with no external signal source. This improves the system's overall attitude azimuth measurement precision, navigation precision and real time tracing alignment performance. Our test proved that the system's position accuracy is 1.1m, real time attitude percision is 0.050 with a 3m baseline, and the response time is 10ms. It can be widely used for the control of guidance stations, launch vehicles, weapon aiming system, unmanned aerial vehicles, and aerostats and the dynamic measurement field of ships and vehicles.
