Induction quenching (quenching machine)
Quenching machine---Gantry type raceway & single tooth double-duty
With the functions of raceway continuous quenching and single teeth continuous quenching, the equipment is applied in surface heating treatment on mechanical parts of gear wheel inner raceway type. The equipment can be used in single piece or mass production. It owns the advantages of reasonable strcture, complete functions and convenient operation. The machine guide adopts retangular linear guide.
Machine configuration
Machine structure: Gantry and horizontal ratating table
Rotating mode: Separate teeth automatically in autorotation.
Working mode: Support horizontally
Clamp: Manual alignment (or automatic alignment)
Quenching speed: Set on touth screen ( Siemens 802C/802D/840Dare optional)
Space between induction coil and work-piece: Located by floating positioning device/ automatical electronic track
Electric control: Touth screen and PLC ( Siemens 802C/802D/840Dare optional)
Big/ small work-piece adjustment: Adjust position of claw
Display: Heating power, quenching speed, cooling water temperature, quenching liquid temperature and flow
Driving motor: AC servo motor
Axis station: 3+3 (3 axises used in automatical track, a plain axis and 2 servo axises)
Work station: 1 (2 are optional: One quench while the other loading and unloading, double-teeth quenching can be realized with two power supplies. )
Adaptability: Both adapt track quenching and tooth local quenching
Space between tracks: Incuding two tracking modes--electronic track and mechanical track. In electronic track, the tracking space is within 0.1mm.
