Product Description
Industrial Double Teeth Roller Crusher (2PLF) adopts shearing-crushing technology, basically eliminating overcrushing phenomenon. Industrial Double Teeth Roller Crusher (2PLF) is suitable for the primary, secondary and tertiary crushing stage in borehole operation, opencast mine, plant crushing system.
1. Feed Material: Soft to medium-hard materials such as coal, coke, limestone, lignite, slag and similar raw materials;
2. Applicable Industry: Cement, chemical, power station, metallurgy, building material, refractory material industries, etc.
3. Mode of Operation
In the primary stage, the feed material undergoes a size reduction between the counter-rotating rolls running inwards inside the center crusher. In the secondary and tertiary crushing stage, the material is crushed between rolls rotating outwards and the crushing comb. In both cases, size reduction is effected by shear and tensile forces, generated by high roll torques at low circumferential speeds.
