Electrostatic Precipitator ESP
IESP Series-Industrial Electrostatic Precipitator ESP applys to many kinds of production lines: Stenter frame, PVC productions, industrial cooking kitchen, artificial leather,plastic processing etc.. The function of the equipment is to solve the long-term exhaust gas emssion problem and recycle the valuable oil called DOP. And the smoke removal rate can reach over 96.4%.

Our advantages:
(a) the frame adopts integrated structure, preventing the oil leakage effectively.
(b) the door adopted car hinges, hasps and freezer-type sealing technology, which improves the equipment sealing and reduces the air leakage rate over 15% than those traditional ones.
(c) it is more convenient to operate by separating the ic & power system with the electrostatic host, which can avoid vapor, oil, mist and other pollutants into the ic & power system that may cause the damage.
(d) once you open the door, the power will be off.
(e)the built-in wire slot structure prevents the security risks from the corroded wire because of the exhaust oil getting into the wire slot.
Quality control:
100% of the electrostatic precipitator will be tested and keep working for 72 hours to test its formal operation. Each component should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

2) Payment terms: By T/T, 30% as deposit, and 70% should be paid before loading.
