1. Pre-sales Services
We will design drawings on basis of the requirements of customers. After the drawings are confirmed by customers, our engineers will offer the best quoted price. The order will be confirmed through negotiation.
2. In-sales Services
After the order is confirmed, we can start production. We will deliver the production pictures to our clientele at regular intervals, so that clientele can know the production schedule. The delivery time generally ranges from 50 to 70 days for a whole line, from 35 to 45 days for a single device.
3. After-sale Services
All our products come with a quality guarantee period of 18 months. If any problem occurs under normal use during the warranty period, we will replace the spare parts for free. Once the warranty period is overdue, we will reasonably charge some maintenance costs.
4. Other Special Services
We can arrive at the place of our clients for the installation and trial run required by pur equipment. However, our clients are requested to provide the round-trip tickets, local accommodations, and installation charges.
After the equipment is completed, clients can come to our company and receive a free of charge training course on the installation and use of our equipment. We can offer room and board for free of charge.
5. How to Visit Our Factory
Our factory is situated within the Binhai Industrial Park of Wenzhou City of China. It is just 10 minutes by car away from Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport. Our city is close to Shanghai China. It is just 45 minutes by plane away from Shanghai. We will greet our customers at the airport or at the railway station after they confirm their trips. If required, we can also book a satisfactory hotel in advance.
6. How to Control Quality
Each bath of raw materials purchased is provided with the material certification. During the production process, we will test the pressure three times to pledge the product quality. Before shipment, the specially assigned persons are responsible for checking our products. These goods are accompanied with the certificate of approval during shipment.

9. How to Place An Order.
After our customers confirm the price and technical drawing, we will work out a pro-forma invoice or contract. After being signed and sealed, the pro-forma invoice or contract will be sent to customers by email or fax.
10. Payment Method
Our pro-forma invoice or contact is accompanied with the information about our beneficiary bank. Customers can go to the local banks to choose either Telegraphic Transfer or Western Union.
11. Delivery Time
The delivery time varies from 30 to 45 days in line with different products. If our factory is incredibly busy completing orders, the delivery time will range from 45 to 60days.
12. Package and Transportation
First of all, cargoes must be cleaned. Bulk cargoes are packed with plywood boxes, the raw material of which does not contain logs. Next, these packages will be sent to the wharf. Full container loads are wrapped with plastic films, and then directly put into containers.
