1. Product Description

YY(Q)L series of horizontal and YY(Q)W series of vertical gas (oil)-fired thermal fluid ("hot oil") heaters are used in many industrial applications where efficiency and accurate temperature control between 100°C and 350°Care required. They work in a way of heating directly thermal fluid in the pipes with the high temperature smoke. With the help of forced circulation oil pumps, the fluid with high temperature goes into the heat-required equipments, like dryer, and then comes back to the heater and is
re-heated again. The outside insulation is aluminium silicate fibrofelt with thickness of 100-150mm. The heater is packed by 0.5mm stainless steel sheet. OLYMSPAN has many years experience in this field and we offer can a broad range of products, service and support.

4.3. Service after sale:

Help customer for installation and training at site. Maintenance and repair for one year. Customer should pay for the round-trip flight ticket and accommodation.

Oil-fuel/Gas-fuel horizontal organic heat-carrier boiler

YY(Q)W horizontal oil(gas)-fuel boiler is a kind of forced circulation oil(gas)-fuel organic heat-carrier boiler. The heating surface of this series of boiler is compact. The heating surface consists of inner, (middle) outside disc tubes. The inner ones will be radiantly heated while the middle and the outside ones will form the convection heating surface. The fuel will be burnt in the combustor formed by the disc tubes. And the most heat will be absorbed by the radiant heating surface, then the air of high temperature will enter the convection heating surface to exchange heat. At last, the air and smoke of low temperature will be

Discharged directly to the atmosphere through the chimney.
