Product Description
Introduction
Furnace process can be easy monitored by using furnace level infrared camera system. Now which is the most efficient device to get interior information and guide furnace operation.
This system only need open a round hole at diameter 120mm on furnace top shell, less protective gas consumption, low operation cost.
Working mode
Furnace lever infrared camera is full enclosed, waterproof, dustproof and heat resistant. Probe insert furnace by using pinhole imaging, cover by water cooling jacket and inert gases to make sure the camera stable working online in furnace. The device will automatic alarm in the case of overheat, water stop , gas stop , power outage to prevent damage.
The CCD chip of the dedicated camera has visible and infrared dual function. Which can monitor furnace charging processing, measuring flow trajectory and charge level shape. When furnace is working can monitor the chute movement and level process, collapsed, checking and tilted, distribution of central airflow and edge airflow.
