PTFE (Teflon) Fabrics are typically composed of woven fiberglass fabrics coated with PTFE or Teflon. These unusual materials offer outstanding non-stick performance, high temperature, chemical and fire resistance as well as excellent electrical properties, and they have been used in a wide range of industrial applications. A variety of substrates, thickness, weights and surface textures can be produced in a diversity of styles

Founded in 1995, Jiangsu Zobon Conveyor Belt Co., Limited is a specialized developer and manufacturer of PTFE & Silicone Coated Fabrics in China. Our product line includes PTFE coated fabrics, PTFE adhesive tape, silicone rubber coated fabrics, PTFE coated mesh fabrics, PTFE conveyor belts. They are widely used in many industrial sectors: Food processing, chemicals, mechanics, automobiles, electrical, packaging, textiles, composites, etc.
We possess dozens of advanced vertical and horizontal coating and drying equipment as well as dipping production lines which are imported from Taiwan. We also design and build our own equipment to match the needs of our processes, we are thus able to master the transformation processes effectively and precisely and are up to the satisfaction of the customers. We source raw materials from brand name suppliers, such as PTFE from Daikin in Korea, the silicone adhesive from Dow Corning in the US and K. K in Korea. Our five QC technicians, all with at least five years' experience, conduct high temperature and aging tests to ensure reliable performance of each item.
Like most Chinese products, competitive prices are one of the main reasons why our clients choose us. Our prices is only half that of our competitors from Korea, Turkey, Brazil or only 1/3 to 1/6 that of the manufacturers from Europe. We have a 2, 200m2 factory, where our 50 workers at six automated production lines produce 20, 000 square meters monthly for each item.
