Product Description
This type sterilizer is applied to powder industry.It will sterilize the powder in a thick tank.Also the powder will be sterilized in a quick time so as to reach a food-standard level.
Instruction:
Continuous sterilization craft of chili powder
Sterilizing pressure: 0.18Mpa
Sterilizing temperature: 123ºC
Output: 500KG/H
1. This is a high pressure and continuous sterilization craft.
2. There are A and B two load bin.After A fed and closed, the pressure in it will be increased to 0.18Mpa.Then the material will be sterilized in the sterilization bin through the grinding cage. At the same time, B enters the load preparation stage.
3. Sterilization bin: transport the sterilization material through conveyor belt. Maintain the constant pressure 0.18Mpa and constant temperature 123ºC all the time.
4. Unload end is divided into A and B two unload bins.The material in A and B will be unloaded in turn, just similar to the load bin.
Chracters:
1. PLC control the program automatically. Input the instructions through the touch screen.
2. The double linked locks keep the safety through both electrically and mechanically.
3. Protect the over-pressure through both electrically and mechanically.
4. Electron protects itself from the over-temperature.
5, Abnormal temperature will be alarmed automatically.
6. Abnormal pressure will be alarmed automatically.
7. Abnormal instruction will be alarmed automatically.
8. The temperature will be controlled automatically so as to keep a sterilizing temperature prescision within ±0.5ºC.
9. The distribution of inner temperature is about ±0.5ºC.
10.It is equipped with Electronic temperature deviation correction.
The powder will be sterlized in the tank in a steam sterilizing way.But the leak tightness will not be influenced.
The size and parameter is adjustable so as to meet different customer's need.
