Room Temperature Industrial Thermal Insulation Coating
Product Overview
SCMMC 001 is a derivative product generated from the temperature control coating technology for spacecrafts such as satellites through development of CASC NO. 703 Research Institute, and it is a water-borne thermal insulation coating intended for the high energy-consuming industries such as steel, non-ferrous metal, petroleum, chemical industry and electric power as well as for thermal insulation of concrete or steel structure whose surface temperature is less than 200 centigrade. This material is made of waterborne resin and special thermal insulation materials. It is highly effective in thermal insulation, waterproof and corrosion prevention etc.
Application Scope
It is applicable in high energy consuming industries such as steel, non-ferrous metal, petroleum, chemical industry and electric power as well as for thermal insulation of concrete or steel structure whose surface temperature is within 200 centigrade. It is also applicable for thermal insulation of urban building and other buildings whose surface temperature is with in 200 centigrade.

Construction Instructions
Application methods as spray painting and blade coating etc, can be applied and airless spraying method is recommended
Storage and Guarantee
Package with metal drum, 20L per drum (Net weight: 13KG per drum)
Storage in an environment of 10 centigrade to 50 centigrade, away from direct sunlight
