II. What does the rotary dryer machine consists of?
The rotary cyclinder dryer is composed of stove, main rotary body, screw conveyor, cyclone separator, air-lock, fan and matched pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%
III What's the application of the dryer
The scope of the dryer could be wood chips, wood sawdust, wood shavings, sand, slag, coal powder, mining ore powder, clay, limestone, wood chips and wood powder, annimal dung and so on. And other material with humidity and etc.
IV How does the machine work?
A. The raw material plate is arranged conveniently to allow adjustable angle positions.,
B. The material to be dried is inserted to the rotary cylinder through the raw material plate.
C. Hot air flows through the cylinder causing the separation of water from the material by converting it into vapor,
D. Then the pure vapor will be discharged into atmosphere.
E. As a result, the material becomes dry.
