MAIN FUNCTION
1. It has several same setups, and they can embroider same design simultaneously, and of high efficiency.
2. It can not only do normal flat embroidery, but also embroider different beautiful designs on the cap or T-shirt.
3. Sequin device attachment, embroider sequin designs.
4. Cording device attachment, embroider cording designs.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1. The cap frame strike out by the metal material, chromeplated on the surface, beautiful appearance, easy to use, it can fix and dismounting easily as long as press the fixed switch by hand.
2. Double motor used both in X/Y way drive system which let the frame move more smooth and stitches more accurate.
3. Jointing configuration used in the chassis, conquer the shake problem in the usual machines.
Raised quality and the rigidity of this new configuration and reduced the complexity of the craftwork.
4. AC servo motor control driver's main drive with best timing capability, let the drive more smooth and raised the capability of timing.
The max speed can reach up to 850 rpm.
