The supports of kiln car mostly are silicon-carbide products; Especially crossbeams made of the very expensive R-SIC increase the expenses of consumption by a big margin. Although R-SIC square-beam has better high temperature properties, it is difficult for it to overcome its innate weakness of bad oxidation resistance, which can be proved form that its flexural strength at high temperature sharply reduces after used for a period of time, for the reason of that the structure becomes fragile due to oxidation. Undoubtedly, its using life is fairly short.

SF-F square-beam has good properties at high temperature, thermal shock resistance, straightness and flatness and can bear heavier load of products, it also can be used in any atmosphere at high temperature without oxidation and reduction. Special shaped rollers have been developed to increase the bending of the rollers used at the fast cooling zone of roller kiln. The wall thickness of the roller is indirectly increased with out increasing the area of the cross section. The bending strength of rollers against the heavy air pressure is effectively increased and the thermal shock resistance is excellent. It resolves the problem that the common rollers easily bend, crack and break when being used at fast cooling zone.

Coating for ceramic roller is one kind of new product specially used to protect ceramic roller for roller kiln. A protective layer with uniform thickness can be formed when the coating is coated on ceramic rollers surface which can effectively prevent the glazes from sticking to and eroding ceramic rollers. It is convenient to use this coating and it is easy to clean the glaze drops form rollers. Therefore, the using life of ceramic rollers can be prolonged, and the production cost of tiles plants can be reduced.
