Spray Booth RM-2
Wallboard: Double skinned, 50mm thick EPS, 0.376 mm color steel with polystyrene (EPS) insulation inside, tongue and groove structure, width is 1150mm. Galvanized steel roof panel.
Basement: Galvanized steel assemble, 300mm high, quadrate steel support, 2 rows of grids made by flat bar and twisted steel, painted, 3 rows of vein plates, painted. 2pcs of ramps, 520 x 2000mm (W x L)
Door: Folding Door, 3-folds, 3000 x 2600mm (W x H), without frame cover. 1 piece of service door, 650 x 1800mm (W x H). The side service door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure.
Air Circulation System: 2 unit of 3kw double-intake centrifugal fan, the model is YDW4.5M1. Air capacity for each is 10500m3/h. Exhaust as optional.
Generator Cabinet: Intake from side upper, exhaust from back upper, quadrate steel frame, white coated steel cover, filled with heat preservation material inside.
Heating System: With 10 units short wave infrared lamp heating, 3pcs/unit, 1kw/pcs, total power is 30KW, Max temperature is 80º C.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 8units x 4pcs = 32pcs of 36w lamp, with electronic ballast; Illuminate ≥ 700Lux. Side light as optional
Control System: Spraying, Baking, Time Setting, Lighting Switch, Temperature Controller, Power Supply, Emergency Stop, all motor are normal start.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.2mg/m3
