Shelf Life: 2 years, if stored in the original closed vacuum package. Once opened, shelf life is reduced to 48 hours.
Properties: -Color: Light yellow to light brown
-Smell: Yeast's very odor, without decay or peculiar smell
-Form: Granule & Strip
-Impurity: Without peculiar object
Application: -Especially formulated for use in dough containing of 0-7% sugar (low sugar) and
7- 18% sugar (high sugar) in formula (on total weight).
-Low sugar is usually used for making pizza.
-High sugar is used for making bun or sweet bread.
Packing: -Inside Packing: In 500g, or upon request, vacuum packed in aluminum foil packing.
-Outside Packing: 10 kg packed into cardboard carton.
Storage & Transportation: -Store in cool and dry conditions.
-Once opened, store sealed and refrigerated.
