Characteristics of Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube:
Convolute rolled composite tubing grades are available in a variety of resin and substrate systems. Fiberglass tubes consist of fine or medium weave glass reinforcement combined with an epoxy, phenolic, melamine, or silicone resin system. Meeting the requirements of ML-I-24768 and NEMA G-3, G-5, G-7, G-9, G-10, or FR-4, these grades offer a variety of properties, including high temperature resistance, excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and arc and flame resistance, depending upon the resin system selected.
Application of Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube:
These products are designed for applications requiring high electrical and mechanical strength and the ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Glass fabric substrates can be abrasive in certain applications.

Especially, we built Friend New Materials R&D Center together with Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Science in June, 2006.
We also set up and conducted QHSE systems (ISO9001 Quality Management, GB/T28001 Occupational Health & safety management, and ISO 14001 environment management), supervised and managed the overall production by strictly observing the systems, which ensures us a stable and healthy development.
Through continuous development, we have been recognized as one of the insulation enterprises that have the highest competition capabilities and the strongest development potentials; Applied to Shenzhou-5 and Shenzhou-6 Reentry Modules, some of our products visited the outer space in October 2003 and October 2005.
