Application
The integrated dissolving and adding device is a kind of advanced dosing system where powdered medicament is prepared to a certain concentration of liquid and adds them to the accurate dosing point and mainly used for the preparition and dosing of polymer solution in water-suppy system,circulating water system, sludge dewatering system.
The working principle and structure
The powdered medicament in the hopper passes through the quantitative feeding device into the mixer, after being fully mixed with water goes into the liquid containing tank , then mixed liquid after being repeatedly stirred forms solution of uniform concentration, and finally goes into the liquid storage chamber and is added to the dosing point through the metering pump.
Main components: hopper, vibration system, dry powder quantitative material feeder, water inletsystem, mixer, bracket, solution tank, escalator and metering pump and etc..

A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more
appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance
before loading by TT

A:It depends on the quantities,generally speaking,
