HDS - ENY series intelligent differential pressure online material level meter which developed by our company is consists of material level detection one time instrumentation, the signal acquisition device of liquid flow and pressure change, the signal acquisition device of liquid temperature, the material level of the signal processing of secondary instrument, etc.
Main features
1. When we take online detection of the fluid material level changes, the equipment has increased the signal detection of liquid flow rate and pressure change, in order to improve detection accuracy, reduce the effective of liquid flow and pressure change, further correct liquid material level changes. It is useful to solve the questions of traditional pressure material level meter precision which affected by fluid flow and pressure change.
2. Material level value and the percentage level can be displayed at the same time. The equipment has Material level value and the percentage level of two independent analog outputs, the upper and lower limit alarm output of the relay.
3. It can be used in continuous online measuring liquid Material level and without interruption, it can be directly used in the production process control, it can be used in mobile and stationary liquid. It is suitable for pipes and tanks installations.
The components which contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. The equipment is safety and health.
Technical indicators
1. The range of measurement: 0 - 10m, if using multithreading, the equipment can measure the change of material level at the range of tens meters.
2. The way of the signal: 0-5V/0 - 10kHz, with analog output and switch output.
3. The measuring precision of material level: +0.5% ~ +1% full scale.
4. Instruction signal processing ways: The equipment use the multipoint signal to calculate the calibration. (The general is flexible chose at the range of 2 ~ 15 points, and the most is up to 15 points calibration).
5. The time constant: 0 ~ 10s (fast), 10 - 100s (slow).
6. Environment temperature: The temperature of the host is -10~45degree centigrade, the temperature of the probe is -20 ~ +65.
7. Environment humidity: The humidity of the host is 85%.
8. The output signal: It use two road 12 full isolation analog output, it has two roads material level value and the percentage level 4-20mA instantaneous material level signal, 4-20mAPID control output, it also support RS485 communications output.
9. Upper limit and lower limit alarm: We can set it by keyboard. The equipment can provide the relay contact output.
10. The size of the host appearance: 143x73x310mm, the size of the host holes is 138x68mm.
11. The instantaneous filtering constant is 0 - 99.
12. The signal transmission distance: Standard distance is 800m (The longest is up to 3000m)
