Specification
1. Interior use room door.
2. 6mm/8mm MDF as door skin, inside with solid wood skeleton.
3. Infilling options: Honeycomb paper, solid core with fir wood, solid core with foam, solid core with sauerland chipboard.
4. Surface treatment: PVC coating, PVC foil, PVC membrane, PVC lamination. No need any other treatments like painting, lacquer after receiving our doors.
5. Standard door size: 2050X800X40mm, customized size available.
6. Extendable frame, 6 standard sizes cover wall thickness from 90mm to 330mm, also supplying solutions for wider wall.

The MDF door design is made by computer, can do any design as you want. Every year our company invest a lot on R&D to develop more new designs.
Purchasing the PVC membrane from brand name PVC factory in China, also importing from South Korea and Japan, with high imitation from real wood grain.

2 cartons for one set of door with frame.
Door, protect by EPE film and 4 corner protectors, pack by a strong carton.
Frame, 3PCS of door jamb, 3PCS of door stopper, 6PCS of architrave( or casing) and 5.5M length of rubber seal, all put neatly in a strong carton.
