A: Our factory mainly manufacture steel door, pvc laminated wood door, melamine wood door, wood painting door, steel fire rated door, armored door, stainless steel door, aluminum toilet door, aluminum sliding/folding door and copper door.
2. Q: What's your delivery port and delivery time
A: Our delivery port is Ningbo port or Shanghai port. Delivery time is 20-30 days after deposit received.
3. Q: Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A: Surely yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable.
4. Q: What's the delivery time of sample?
A: For steel door and pvc door and melamine door: 7days. For wooden doors: 15 days.
5. Q: What's your policy of sample?
A: For small sample, we can offer for free. For complete set, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will return you the cost in the next order.
6. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The quantity depends on customer. We don't have requirement. Just different quantity different price.
7. Q: What preferential terms you could give me if i increase the order quantity?
A: It depends on your quantity, usually will consider give customer some discount.
8. Q: How about your quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We have QC and order processor to supervise the quality everyday.
9. Q: What's your special service?
A: Overseas installation service; After finish production, we will send customers some production photos, if no problem, then customer send the balance. After finish loading container, we also will send loading details and pictures.
10. Q: Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A: Yes, we can. But the customer should send us his drawing to check first, then we talk in details.
11. Q: How about your warranty?
A: Warranty is two years.
12. Q: Where is your factory? How can i visit it?
