Product Description
Interleaving paper is the essential assistant product in the production and transportation process of stainless steel, copper strip, aluminum and glass products etc. Its quality directly affects the quality of glass or stainless steel. The production of interleaving paper requires pure raw materials, complicated production process, clean water and other strict environment conditions.
Raw material must select the 100% pure white paper pulp and do not contain any lignin ingredient. The production process must pass through several dozens of working procedures from raw material to the end product. It must pass through many times of cleaning, washing, the rough grinding, the fine grinding, screening, the purification, and requires the addition of special-purpose assistant agent and pass through the filtration, press, the table rubber, drying, optical pressure, the coiling, the re-cut until the final packaging.
The water used must come from 100 meter below deep geological mineral water and extremely clean. Also, each metallic ion, nonmetallic sulfur chloride ion content must be controlled below 100PPM. The production environment must be sealed completely and the personnel must pass through purification and dust removal process to enter the production plant.

The interleaving paper must have heat-resistant, high surface strength, smooth, anti-oxygen and anti-aging and other notable features and strictly control the halogen, sulfate and other impurities content to extremely low to protect the plate in the course of long-term storage from scratches and discoloration.
