Ion Fiber Cloth Media Filter
Working Principle
The Ion Fiber Cloth Media File is composed with filter piece, mobile sucking system, water collecting main pipe, sludge trough and so on. Filter piece contains both fiber filter cloth and cloth stand. Backwash use mobile linear absorb-washing equipment, with work with filtration procedure includes two steps:
Filtration-----after the water flow into the water flow can filtrate from out side of the fiber cloth into inside under the water pressure and then water after filtration flow into the collection pipeline and goes out at last.
Backwash-----during the process of filtration, the suspended solids will accumulate on the surface of the fiber cloth, which can cause the decrease of flow rate and increase of the water level in the filer. When the water level reaches to a critical line, the pump begins to work and backwash the cloth. Vertical filter fixed, the vehicle and suction pump begin to work, starting to absorb the sludge on the filter, and the sludge is pumped out of the filter. After this process, the cloth is cleaned and continues to work again.
Technology Feature
The directional orderly ion fiber material which have ion charge added on the cloth structure can realize reverse grain filtration and improves the filtration effect.
Vertical filtration structure design and double side filtration mode greatly in creases the filtration area with 8-10times and significantly reduce the land occupation.
The mobile, linear backwash can realized continuous filtration which made backwash process and filtration process working simultaneously.
The truly valveless filtration made the control more simplified.
Saving high-power backwash equipment and dring low energy consumption of 0.0001kwh and low backwash water consumption of 2%.
A lower height of filter significantly reduced the investment cost and avoids the secondary lift of water.
