The material of these railway castings is mainly carbon steel or stainless steel or ADI-austempered ductile iron and they are casted by arc furnace through resin sand casting process or lost wax castings. These railway wagon parts include axle box, railway coupler, railway bogie, bogie bolster, bogie frame, brake block holder, motor housing.
Other railroad parts are made by forging process, such as railway axle, railway center plate and so on.
All of these train parts are tested strictly according to China standard, AAR standard and other relevant standard.
