Iron Ore Magnetic Separator :Magnetic separator is magnetic beneficiation machinery for dry magnetic mineral having separation, relative to the wet magnetic separator use liquid in sorting mineral as a diluent to improve the efficiency of separation, dry magnetic separation machine requires mineral sorted to be dried, particles can move freely independent,be free state, otherwise it will affect the magnetic effect, and may even cause the consequences of non-separation.
Iron Ore Magnetic Separator Features:1. Increase the production capacity of the mill. Avoid excessive wear of the monomer in the practical application, reduce excessive wear of load, fully improve grinding efficiency.
2. Produce high purity of iron concentrate. Due to the unique and advanced separation principle for screening machine , easier to remove the impurities in magnetite, and improve the quality of the iron ore concentrate.
3. Improve the quality of iron ore concentrate. Because screening technology of magnetic field can remove coenobium in agnetite effectively ,so as the selected equipment of magnetite concentrate ,magnetic field screening machine also can improve the quality of magnetite concentrate got from magnetic separation technology after choosing again.
