Guangzhou Qingsui Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd (GZQS) is a professional company with over 20-year history in designing and manufacturing pressure vessels. It started manufacturing of non-standard pressure vessels since 1984, and now it owns advanced equipments, such as plasma cutting machine, NC jet cutting machine, automatic polishing machine, TIG and MIG welding machine, PMI and Non-destruction(RT, UT, PT, MT)equipments.
The company covers an area of 40, 000 m2 and its construction area is 20, 000 m2. The area of workshop which is specially for manufacturing stainless steel is 15, 000 m2. The company also has a special warehouse for stainless steel components, physical and chemical analysis lab, and NDE center.
The company has manufacture license of pressure vessel category I, II in China and has passed the ISO9001-2008 and got the certification of ASME "U" stamp. Now it is among the biggest manufacturers of stainless steel pressure vessels in the south of China.
Have a staff around 200 members now, which including 30 technicians (3 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 20 assistant engineers) and more than 50 certificated welders. Among them, 8 welders have ASME Certificate, and as to EN 13445 PED, it has 7 welders. The high quality personnel team assures the high quality of production.
Its products cover the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, beer brewing, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and so on, and have been sold to most parts of China and abroad, such as Middle East, South Asian, Europe, America etc. It enjoys high remarks from customers at home and abroad. As to foreign clients, it has Vertex Favrication and Design in USA, ANDRITZ in Austria, Metso AB in Finland, BOSKIT in Italy, EMT project BUHLER In Switzerland, TOTAL in France, Antrac in Maldives, AQUATECH in India and so on.
The company locates in the center of Pearl River Delta area— Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. It has a great advantage in both land and sea transportation. Both two international ports, Huangpu port and Nansha port, are near it.
